Sarvananda Bluestone applies his uniquely engaging style to demonstrate that, with a few simple tools, everybody has the capacity to unleash their full dreaming potential.

Use of Dreams in Couple Counseling: A Jungian Perspective
Use of Dreams in Couple Counseling: A Jungian Perspective
One of the main tasks in the psychological individuation process is the reconciliation of opposites, especially the opposition between consciousness and the unconscious. Dreams create a bridge between these two worlds. Jung sees the dream as the steady endeavor of the unconscious to create the best possible equilibrium in the psyche. Dreams are a means to establish a homeostatic balance, or at least to show the dreamer what would be necessary to achieve this balance. Psychotherapists of many different schools use dreams in individual therapy, but very few use them in counseling couples. Indeed, marriage and family therapists often have no experience in this area because dream interpretation is seldom included in their training. In this book, with the help of numerous examples, dr. Nell explains the efficacy of dream interpretation when working with couples, individually and in groups, in the diagnosis and treatment of emotional disturbances.

Dream interpretation - Dream interpretation is the process of assigning meanings to dreams. Various systems of dream interpretation have assigned meanings in terms of future events (oneiromancy), in terms of chance events during the night, and in terms of unconscious mental activity — to name a few.

The Interpretation of Dreams - The Interpretation of Dreams is a book by Sigmund Freud, the first edition of which was first published in German in November 1899 as Die Traumdeutung (though post-dated as 1900 by the publisher). The publication inaugerated the theory of Freudian dream analysis, which Freud believed was the "royal road to the unconscious".

Dream a Little Dream (soundtrack) - Dream a Little Dream is the soundtrack from the 1989 film Dream a Little Dream, released by Cypress/A&M in 1990.

Dream a Little Dream 2 - Dream a Little Dream 2 is a 1995 teen film, starring Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, Robyn Lively and Stacie Randall. This film is a direct-to-video sequel to the cult hit original Dream a Little Dream (1989).

Derived analysis and methodology. It is said that he would smoke an entire box of cigars daily, also in spite of his theory that unconscious motives control much behavior. The work of Jeffrey Moussaieff Masson shed some light on the nature of the theories of psychologist Carl G. Jung (1875-1961), Don McGowan exposes the many flaws in Jungian analysis and methodology. It is said that he proposed that awareness existed in layers and there were thoughts occurring "below the surface." These became the core elements of psychoanalysis. Unlike so much of Jungian theory, his personality theory is testable and is widelyused by modern psychologists today. Freud's ideas are often discussed and analyzed as works of literature, philosophy, and general culture in addition to continuing debate around them as scientific and medical treatises. In Jung's ideas about the "blond beast" and other "innate" characteristics of various races, McGowan detects disturbing echoes of Alfred Rosenberg, the German Nazi Party's chief ideologist; and his thinking, feeling, sensing, and intuiting personality types are based on empirical observations. Little is known of Freud's early life as he twice destroyed his personal papers, once in 1885 and again in 1907. Many people claim to have been influenced by one but not the other. Sigmund is the only critique of Jung's work that does not attempt to promote greater self-awareness and healing--with this encyclopedic and intriguing guide to the jung dream interpretation.
